What are the shipping terms and conditions?
Goods to Europe and the USA are shipped standard at cost 3-5 days or 10-15 days. All returns are at the buyers expense.
We have calculated the post and packing at market rates but please contact us for quotes on specific carriers and countries.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on pieces which are NOT made to order or personal specification, providing that;
1. the piece is returned within seven days
2. we are notified of this return within 24 hours of receiving the goods
3. The goods are retuned unused/worn
4. undamaged
5. with the original labels still attached
6. the goods are unfit for purpose.
What is your product sizing based on?
Our womans sizes are based on UK standard 8, 10, 12, 14 where not specified small is 6-8, medium is 10-12 and large is 14-16. We work in both metric and imperial (yes its confusing for us also !) however we will specify where measurements are in cm or inches.
Can your designs be copied?
All designs, prints, fabrics, artwork and concepts remain copyright of Titanic gift.com in the event of purchase this does not give permission or rights to derive, duplicate or copy products, concepts, design or any part of product or image thereof. The title of all goods stays with Titanic gift.com until full payment has cleared
How long does a delivery take?
We at Titanic gift.com undertake that all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours providing that;
1.i. the order is placed Monday through Thursday.
ii. We have the item in stock.
iii. We are not on holiday or very busy due to upcoming holidays.
2. In the event that your item is not in stock it is likely we will be able to make it for you. In this event we will email you to advise on a delivery date. In this event you have the option to cancel the order if it is a time sensitive purchase.
3. All goods will be packaged to protect it from normal postage wear and tear.
4. We will record your dispatch details for accurate tracking, should you need the details please email us for details.
